Ibo Island Lodge
Ibo is just one of a string of 32 tropical islands that make up the breathtakingly beautiful Quirimbas Archipelago in Northern Mozambique. Ibo Island has been described as one of the most romantic islands in the world and time spent on this little palm and coral fringed island is really special.

Located right on the prime waterfront site, where romantic dhows sail out to sea on each high tide, the lodge offers an informal island experience, and with just nine rooms assures guests of exceptional service and flexibility.
Rooms
The three mansions of Ibo Island Lodge are called Villa Paradiso, Villa Niassa and Villa Bela Vista. All bedrooms are individually designed and unique, with many opening onto private verandas, decked with hand crafted furniture and soft cushions covered in vibrant local fabrics. All rooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. All rooms have en-suite facilities with twin basins and large marble showers. Some have baths and outside showers.
Dining
Meals feature freshly grow vegetables, herbs and fruits and combine traditional specialities with seafood: giant tiger prawns, game fish and Ibo’s speciality: crab with fragrant soft, fluffy coconut rice. Romantic dinners are served on the tranquil verandas or on the rooftop terrace all with awesome views over the island.
